But this trip is different. The visibility is remarkable, I never thought that Tioman's visibility could be this clear. I especially enjoyed the dive at Labas rock, diving under the boulder. There is a certain adrenaline, yet serenity, as I dive past the school of fishes hiding in the darkness. I even spotted three elusive (for me) black tip reef sharks at Renggis again. The first time I saw a black tip reef shark was back during my first legitimate dive, my open water certification dive. It almost seems as if they came to congratulate me on the completion of my polytechnic education. I also believe they came to greet and congratulate my dive buddy, they were curious who she was. My dive buddy, she is amazing, she looks out for me like no other dive buddy have, and what's more amazing is that she is a natural at controlling her buoyancy. She is also my sleeping partner, waking up next to her for the first time, feels absolutely blissful. There isn't a feeling of regret attached to this trip, she is the reason so. Thank you my dive buddy, my lover.

clear skies, clear waters in Tioman
Diving in Tioman has often been associated with a sense of poignant for me. My advance open water was taken in the wake of my 'break up' with Millie. I went on the trip to help me piece back my broken heart. The next leisure trip I took was even more heart wrenching, as it served as a reminder on how I let Cassandra down.
